Renewal by Andersen – Service Technician (Fort Wayne, Indiana)

Renewal by Andersen, a custom division of Andersen Windows founded in 1903, specializes in high‑quality window and door systems. We are seeking a field service technician to respond to on‑site service requests, assess issues, and ensure windows and doors function properly while delivering excellent customer service.

• Provide service performance and address warranty issues with windows and doors
• Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on‑site and assisting with customer needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing problems
• Replace defective parts and help customers when windows aren't working properly
• Diagnose issues on windows and doors such as water infiltration, bowed panels, interlock issues, etc.

• 3–5 years of experience installing windows and doors
• Knowledge of custom window and door installation
• Proficient with metal brake and caulking
• Familiarity with and ability to perform minor trim work around windows and patio doors both inside and out
• Customer service experience with troubleshooting as a key component
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
