Overview

I'm assisting a growing Professional Services client on their Accounting Manager opening in the Plymouth County area. The expectation for this role is 100% on-site, and that this Manager position be comfortable being a hands-on coach for the team once up to speed. This person needs to be comfortable stepping into the accounting operations side of things, specifically Collections and Credit to understand the services and quotes they provide their clientle and ability to communicate interdepartmentaly with other divisions.

Eventually this individual will manage the AP, AR, and Payroll team, as well as handle close and other process internally.

Responsibilities
  • Hands-on coaching of the accounting team and eventual management of the AP, AR, and Payroll functions, including close and related internal processes.
  • Engage in Collections and Credit activities to understand services and quotes provided to clients and communicate interdepartmentally with other divisions.
