Circuit Lab () is seeking a creative, hands‑on educator as a classroom assistant instructor in our summertime electronics and computer programming classes at class sites including Hanover, Norwell, Plymouth, and Canton MA.
This will be a great fit if you enjoy working with kids (from about 6 to 14 years old) and have the ability to confidently discuss concepts in the field of electronics, robotics, computer science, or engineering. In Circuit Lab classes, you will have the opportunity to put your skills to work helping students with a variety of hands‑on STEM projects that introduce them to new technical, creative, and problem‑solving skills.

You will travel to class sites in different towns to run week‑long daytime programs (35‑40 hours per week, Mon‑Fri) throughout the summer for small groups of students. The start date for the position is June 15, 2026. We have a paid training period to help you get familiar with the curriculum and teaching style before leading a class.
Job requirements- Available to work from late June to late August.
- Academic or professional experience in the fields of computer science, engineering, robotics, or related.
- Reliable transportation: able to commute daily to a variety of class sites.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Located in one of the advertised work areas.
- Must pass state‑mandated background check as a condition of employment.
