Rising Tide Charter Public School in Plymouth, Massachusetts is seeking a caring, capable paraprofessional to join the special education team for the 2026‑2027 school year.

• Support inclusive classroom instruction for grades 5‑12.
• Work individually with students who have Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with the full staff to build a supportive school environment.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
• Strong written language and math skills.
• Ability to work with young people and a supportive team.
