We’re seeking an EEC Certified Infant Toddler Teacher to join our loving and experienced team at our Plymouth center. In this role, you will lead a classroom of curious and active infant/toddlers, guiding them through essential milestones with patience, positivity, and purpose.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:
  • EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required)
  • Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
  • Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
Some requirements of the role include:
  • Flexibility to work 7:00AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday
  • Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
  • Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
As a Infant Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for:
  • Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials
  • Supporting social-emotional development and early learning milestones through play-based, age-appropriate activities
  • Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment
  • Assisting with daily routines, including toilet training, diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime
  • Tracking children's progress and completing required assessments
