Daily Lesson & Curriculum Plans
Develop Daily Lesson & Curriculum Plans.
Core Duties- Plan and implement all classroom activities that carry out the goals set forth in the Education Plan.
- Create and maintain a safe and healthy physical environment that fosters the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of students.
- Perform teaching activities in accordance with the Head Start performance standards set forth in the regulations, while assuming a lead role in working with varying groups of children.
- Meal assistance and other various activities as assigned.
- BA/BS degree in early childhood or related field, or AA/AS in early childhood or related field required.
- MA EEC Lead Teacher certification required.
- Bi-lingual (Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish) helpful although not required.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- All candidates must undergo a CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint background check prior to beginning employment.
- Valid MA state driver?s license.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
