Position: Senior Project Manager (LSP Required) in Plymouth

Job Description

HRP Associates, Inc., a leading environmental and engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience and an active Licensed Site Professional (LSP) credential to join our Plymouth, MA office. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives on managing complex environmental projects, building strong client relationships, and providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality solutions while supporting the continued growth of our regional practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage environmental assessment, investigation, remediation, and compliance projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and proposals
  • Oversee field activities, data interpretation, and preparation of technical reports
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal environmental regulations
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid‑level staff, providing technical oversight and professional development support
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client outreach
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field
  • Active Licensed Site Professional (LSP) credential (required)
  • Strong technical background in site assessment, remediation, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi‑disciplinary environmental projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
