The role is highly administrative and compliance‑driven, handling sensitive personal and financial data (PII), verifying documents, and maintaining accurate records. The Representative uses the organization’s CRM to qualify leads for all loan products (excluding GAP and debt protection), converting them into opportunities, and manages the entire transaction from contract generation to final execution.
Whatyou will do
- Manage inbound loan inquiries and provide accurate information on consumer loan products and services. For bilingual roles, perform these functions in both English and the target language.
- Utilize the CRM to qualify and manage all loan product leads, converting qualified leads into opportunities by assessing member needs, documenting interactions, and tracking progress toward closing.
- Collect required member documentation via secure channels, review and verify accuracy and completeness to meet underwriting and company requirements.
- Generate loan contracts and related sales agreements, prepare closing packages, and facilitate execution through electronic or in‑branch signings, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and properly filed.
- Conduct post‑closing follow‑up to confirm all required documentation has been received, additional obligations are met, and the member experience remains positive throughout the process.
- Maintain data integrity in CRM and loan systems, documenting every member interaction, loan stage, and closing action.
- Collaborate with lenders, branch staff, and sales managers to ensure timely and compliant loan processing.
- Adhere strictly to all privacy and data security standards in handling PII.
- Provide consistent communication and updates to members throughout the loan cycle.

- Paid time off: 3 weeks vacation, 12 holidays, 8 sick days, 48 hours of volunteer time annually.
- Additional perks: free AAA membership, insurance discounts, travel commission refund, up to $625 in wellness incentives, up to $6,000 in tuition reimbursement.
