Be a senior accounting leader within a rapidly growing international company with a US business targeting ~30% YOY growth. This high‑impact role offers direct visibility to executive leadership and ownership of the US accounting function. You will drive automation, process improvement, and modernize the finance department, with a clear long‑term growth potential. The role is initially hybrid with the opportunity to become primarily remote after onboarding.

$120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

Greater Boston, 90% remote

• Lead all day‑to‑day accounting functions including month‑end close, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
• Manage inventory accounting, intercompany transactions, and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial reporting, analysis, and operational support
• Drive ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements
• Collaborate with international finance leadership while serving as the primary finance lead for the US business

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a Controller or Senior Accounting role
• Hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle accounting within a small or midsize organization
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month‑end close, and financial reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or a similar ERP preferred
• Self‑starter with excellent attention to detail, an ownership mentality, and a passion for process improvement and automation
