Tyler Street Capital is seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate & Client Service Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a growing investment-focused advisory practice.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced financial services professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a critical role in scaling a boutique firm. This individual will work directly alongside the Founder to streamline operations, elevate the client experience, and build the infrastructure necessary for future growth.

This role offers a clear path toward senior operational leadership, including potential advancement role within 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs and operational inquiries.
  • Manage client onboarding, transfers, money movement, and account servicing.
  • Process wire transfers, ACH transactions, journal entries, and account maintenance.
  • Coordinate subscription documents, capital calls, and alternative investment administration.
  • Build and improve internal workflows, SOPs, and operational systems.
  • Support compliance-related administrative and operational functions.
  • Manage CRM workflows and portfolio reporting systems.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory operations, or client service.
  • Strong experience with client onboarding and transactional workflows.
  • Experience with Charles Schwab or similar custodial platforms.
  • Proficiency with Redtail CRM and Orion Advisor Tech preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to private investments, subscription documents, and capital calls.
  • Experience supporting alternative investments.
  • Knowledge of estate planning workflows.
  • Series 65/66 a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in CFP certification welcomed.

This role requires an in-office presence for the first 6-12 months to ensure collaboration, trust-building, and operational alignment. After the training period, a hybrid schedule could be available with a minimum expectation of three in-office days per week.
