The Resource Sonographer position covers both office and hospital-based accounts within the Cape and South Shore area and will report to our Clinical Regional Manager.

• Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations, OB/GYN and MFM, according to ordering physician’s requisition
• Travel to various account locations within your assigned region at the Cape and South Shore to cover open accounts and vacation/sick days
• Assist Clinical Leadership with training of newly hired sonographers
• Collaborate with the physician and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings
• Explain the procedures to patients in a friendly, comforting manner to ensure their understanding
• Uphold safety, privacy, and infection control standards
• Continuing education to stay updated on advancements in sonography techniques

• Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and physicians
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and decision-making skills
