As a dual‑site Practice Manager at our Falmouth & Plymouth urgent‑care clinics, you will play a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day operational efficiency of the clinic while contributing to its long‑term strategic goals. Your Impact- Operational Management: Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Efficiently manage and lead scheduling operations, ensuring optimal resource and staff utilization.
- Collaborate with providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.
- Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as point of contact for patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns.
- Place and manage orders for supplies, equipment, and other required materials in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
- Coordinate with the finance department to track supplies expenses and ensure adherence to the budget.
- Dual Site Management: Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operational workflows across both Falmouth and Plymouth locations.
- Monitor performance metrics at each site, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement solutions to ensure smooth consistency.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Regional Leadership (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement strategies to enhance clinic market presence and community engagement.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.

Collaboration:
Partner with your District Director and corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.
- Exceptional people manager and team leader: 3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.
- Dual‑site leadership experience preferred!
- Experience in similar roles: Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
- Driven and self‑motivated: Ability to work independently, with initiative and enthusiasm to drive results.
- Effective communicator (written and verbal) and cross‑collaborator: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
- Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry: Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic coding, and terminology.
- Technically savvy: Experience with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel).
- Availability: Work Monday‑Friday with rotating on‑call for weekends and flexibility to support clinic openings and closings.
