Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Hospice​/Palliative Care

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Hospice Case Management position requiring a MA RN license and the ability to conduct 4-5 outpatient visits per day across facilities and patient homes.

Job Details

• Outpatient hospice case management setting, with visits conducted in patient homes and care facilities,

• Caseload of approximately 4-5 patient visits per day,

• Daily travel of approximately 30-50 miles to reach patients in the surrounding area,

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (8-hour day shifts),

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active MA RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration,

• Experienced hospice RN background required,

• Flu vaccination required prior to start (medical exemptions allowed),

• COVID vaccine and booster required (medical exemptions allowed),

• Must pass Telemetry/ECG and Medication competency tests,

Additional Information

• Responsible for conducting routine hospice visits in outpatient facilities and private residences,

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility - local travelers are not eligible for this position,

• Candidates who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health (travel, permanent, or per diem) within the last 6 months are not eligible - a 6-month separation from any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility is required,

• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration,
