Position Description:
- Flu will be required prior to start - MUST HAVE MA LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION.
Hours:
8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday - Need an experienced hospice RN who will be expected to do 4-5 visits a day in the outpatient setting.
- This would include routine visits in facilities and in patient homes.
- RN will be expected to travel 30-50 miles a day.
- Miles are incurred typically in the travel to get to the first patient and then the remaining patients are in the nearby areas.
*** as TRAVEL, perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for 6 months to be considered
