Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides and/or CNAs for the Plymouth area to assist our senior clients who need support with activities of daily living, household support, and companionship.

Daily 4-hour shifts examples:

• 8am-12pm
• 9am-1pm
• 10am-2pm
• 3pm-7pm
• 4pm-8pm

We also have 4-hour shifts (sometimes 6-8 hour shifts) in the following areas:

• Wareham
• Carver
• Kingston

• CNA or HHA would assist with activities of living, personal care.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Encourage walking, exercising.
• Encourage stimulating conversation.
• Assist with activities and exercise according to the care plan.
• Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/care plan.
• Competently document shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone.
• Report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner.

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification.
• 2+ years experience working with your Certification.
• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA.
• Must have experience working with dementia.
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check.
• Current TB test, Quanti
  
  FERON Gold Test, or X-ray.
• Dementia care experience.
• Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
• Must own a cell phone.
