Position

Description:

• Flu will be required prior to start
• MUST HAVE MA LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION.
• Hours:
  
  8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday - Need an experienced hospice RN who will be expected to do 4-5 visits a day in the outpatient setting.
• This would include routine visits in facilities and in patient homes.
• RN will be expected to travel 30-50 miles a day.
• Miles are incurred typically in the travel to get to the first patient and then the remaining patients are in the nearby areas.

Other Details:

• NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility)
• NM to interview and offer. Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission. ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION.
• Must be separated from facility for 6 months to be considered.
