• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting as a traveling clinician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Document patient progress and update care plans in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Jackson Therapy Partners Job . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
