Implementation Engineer

We are seeking a Temporary Implementation Engineer to support the configuration, testing, and deployment of biometric identification systems used by law enforcement agencies nationwide.

This hands-on technical role is responsible for preparing, validating, and troubleshooting hardware and software to ensure systems are fully operational prior to deployment. This is a temporary, project-based position with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

• Configure and customize hardware and software systems
• Install and update device and camera drivers
• Test and validate systems prior to shipment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Maintain deployment documentation and tracking tools
• Collaborate with technical and implementation teams
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and deployment preparation

• IT experience, education, or technical certifications
• Experience configuring hardware and software
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eligible to obtain CJIS clearance and pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and professional references required
