Data Quest Ltd., a Massachusetts-based investigative agency proudly serving clients since 1981, is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Mystery Shopping Auditors.

We are currently recruiting auditors to evaluate an independently owned grocery store in Plymouth MA, assessing customer service, employee interactions, store cleanliness, product availability, and the overall shopping experience. Assignments may include in-store shopping, online grocery ordering, curbside pickup, and home delivery evaluations.

Once registered and approved as a Data Quest Mystery Shopping Auditor, you will gain access to available assignments throughout New England. Browse upcoming opportunities and request assignments that interest you. There is no requirement to accept a minimum number of assignments or commit to a regular schedule.

We are looking for individuals who are observant, dependable, and capable of providing accurate, objective reports. Ideal candidates possess strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow assignment instructions while maintaining confidentiality. Previous mystery shopping experience is welcome but not required.
