** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:*
* $17.00-$20.00 per hour

** Shift:*
* ** 1st Shift 7:00 a.m.

- 3:30 p.m. | 2nd shift 3:30 p.m.

- 12:00 a.m. Mon - Fri*
* ** Occasional overtime as deemed by management and production needs.*

** What's a typical day as Manufacturing Associate? You'll be:*
* + Operating UV light imaging equipment, laser direct imaging systems, developing machines, and baking ovens to create circuit board images

+ Setting up, inspecting, maintaining, and registering photo tools to ensure accurate production results

+ Following work instructions and manufacturing specifications to expose, develop, and prepare materials for the etching process

+ Reading and applying special customer and production instructions while maintaining high quality standards

+ Reporting defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to the department lead

+ Performing routine machine maintenance, following safety procedures, and keeping work areas clean and organized

+ Working independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules and quality expectations
