Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined medical components using hand tools, files, abrasive pads, and deburring equipment;
Polish and finish metal and other materials to achieve required surface quality and appearance;
Inspect parts for defects and verify that finished components meet established quality specifications;
Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing procedures to complete tasks accurately and consistently;
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges as required to confirm dimensional accuracy
