• Healthcare Setting: Endoscopy Unit & Pain Management Clinic
• Contract Duration: 24 weeks (February 9, 2026 – July 25, 2026)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week (72 guaranteed hours biweekly)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Contract
• On-Site Position

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• CGRN certification preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in nurse manager or healthcare leadership roles
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with Kronos (payroll), Workday (employee management), and Laborlytics (budgeting) preferred
• Endoscopy nursing experience highly preferred
• Must pass EKG and medication competency tests (study materials provided; 85% or higher required)
• Must be separated from facility for at least 6 months
• Travel nursing experience preferred

• Lead and manage the Endoscopy Unit and Pain Management Clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence
• Mentor and support nursing staff in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment
• Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and workflow management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize Epic, Kronos, Workday, and Laborlytics for clinical documentation, payroll, employee management, and budgeting
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Demonstrate strong nursing leadership and management skills, with adaptability and results-driven focus
