Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in pediatric care to provide essential nursing services on the floor. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications and vaccinations, supporting patient care, and maintaining accurate documentation using the Epic electronic health record system.

• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide routine nursing care and monitor patients' conditions on the floor.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the Epic electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Support pediatric patients and their families with compassionate care and communication.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.
• Follow all safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Valid and active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience working in pediatric nursing settings.
• Proficiency in using Epic or similar electronic health record systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Additional pediatric certifications or training.
• Prior experience in hospital or outpatient clinical settings.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – active and in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (if required).
