Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, LD

Experience:

2 years
Licenses: RN-MA

Certifications:

BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History:
Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months MA RN LIC
BLS, ACLS, AWHONN fetal monitoring (intermediate or advanced), NRP required
COVID series, booster submitted with the file

** PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST DURING ONBOARDING - ONE ATTEMPT ONLY TO PASS
** Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20 questions) tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting PRIOR to assignment. We need RN’s to test within 48 hrs of confirmation. 85% is the passing score, there is NO opportunity for remediation or re-sit.
