Center Well Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager for our Sandwich, MA office. This on-site, full-time role supports clinicians delivering high-quality home health care and reports to the Branch Director.
The position is 40 hours per week with on-call expectations. You will lead clinical staff, oversee patient care planning and documentation (OASIS, visits, plan of care), ensure Medicare compliance, participate in hiring and performance reviews, and drive quality improvement
