Travel Registered Nurse ER

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Travel) in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

October 5, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,581 to $2,747 per week. Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly. Shift: 12-hour night shifts (every other weekend). This assignment takes place in a hospital setting and requires Epic EMR experience.

• Deliver direct patient care in the emergency department, including triage, assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and interventions per physician orders; assess responses and document outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members; communicate changes in patient status promptly
• Monitor vital signs, run basic procedures, and initiate escalation for deteriorating patients
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards
• Document care in the Epic EMR; provide patient and family education as appropriate

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• 2+ years ER nursing experience
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC; TNCC preferred; MAB preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Onboarding assessments: pass ECG/Tele/EKG and medications tests during onboarding (one attempt; 85% passing score required)
• Ability to work the listed shift and travel requirements; capable of performing duties in a high-acuity ER setting
