American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 12-hour night shift assignment requiring active MA RN licensure and 2+ years of critical care experience.

• 14-bed critical care unit with 24-hour intensivist coverage
• Serves adult and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical needs
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week over an 8-week assignment
• Rotating weekends and holidays required

• Active MA RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Demonstrated competency in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care
• Evidence of relevant continuing education required
• CCRN certification preferred
• Must pass Tele/ECG and medication competency testing prior to acceptance

• Provide critical care nursing to adult and geriatric ICU patients with complex medical and surgical conditions
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of consideration, limited to no more than 3 days with no holiday RTO
• Required vaccinations include COVID (with booster) and flu, with medical exemptions allowed
• Returning BILH employees or travelers must have a 6-month break between assignments at any BILH facility
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted for this role
