As a Laborer, you’ll support our crews with physical tasks, site cleanup, and equipment handling—while gaining exposure to the skills and tools needed to advance your career in tree removal.

No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a driver’s license, and the ability to be on time and ready to work every day.

• Assist with tree removal and cleanup tasks
• Load and unload equipment and debris
• Operate tools such as rakes, shovels, and wheelbarrows
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Support climbers and equipment operators as needed
• Follow safety protocols and instructions from team leaders
• Help with basic equipment maintenance and setup

• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Punctual and dependable with a team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
