Role DescriptionBusy, reputable, owner-operated Plymouth restaurant is searching for a passionate, creative, and experienced Chef de Cuisine. Must be hands‑on and willing to execute during service as this is a 3 person kitchen.
This position requires:
A strong culinary skills to create an upscale, refined, innovative menu as well as creative daily specials
Lead and execute on the line during service
Organize, communicate, in preparation for service
Strong knowledge of food cost control
Ability to develop and lead a strong BOH team
The ability to maintain sanitation and safety practices
The ability to remain professional, approachable and calm under pressure
Dedication to their craft and passion for innovating high quality dining experiences
Prior experience as Chef de Cuisine is preferred. Experience as Sous Chef is required
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: up to $100,000/year commensurate with experience. Must work Tuesday‑Saturday. Sundays and Mondays and most major holidays off.
