Plymouth Social American Tavern – General Manager

OverviewThis position offers a unique opportunity to be as close as possible to ownership of your own restaurant, located in the historic John Carver House Hotel.
Key Qualifications- Restaurant experience with a strong floor presence & Guest focus
- Basic knowledge of food, bourbon, whiskeys, beer, and wine is a must
- A guest-forward mindset in every decision
- Private Dining rooms as well as a 120-seat restaurant & bar
- Ability to manage breakfast 365 days a year for hotel guests in our breakfast room located off the hotel lobby
- Two Weeks paid vacation in year 1, 45-hour work week (1 weekday & 1 weekend day preferred), Health Insurance & more
- Our restaurant dining rooms are closed every Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Employment Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $80K plus bonus incentives/year
