• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Guide vehicles safely into the car wash entrance and explain wash options when needed.
• Ensure vehicles are properly aligned and prepared for the wash process.
• Monitor wash equipment and promptly report operational or safety concerns.
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of wash bays, vacuums, payment kiosks, and surrounding grounds.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and basic troubleshooting.
• Promote car wash memberships, special offers, and company programs.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support team members with daily operational tasks as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Comfortable working around moving vehicles and mechanical equipment.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications/. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is:

• Advise customer of potential risks associated with car washes (i.e.: “Please remember to pull in mirrors…” etc.)
• Assist customer with directing vehicles onto tunnel tracks.
• Empty trash and vacuum barrels daily.
• Machinery and equipment cleaning.
• Use of materials such as water, cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, and hoses.
