In-Store Promotions Specialist

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-Store Promotions Specialist to represent our residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services inside partner retail locations. In this role, you'll actively approach shoppers, present service offerings, and capture qualified leads to support our local service centers. You'll set up displays, maintain a professional, safety-first presence, and clearly explain promotions, financing options, and scheduling steps. Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in partner retail stores to promote ARS-Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Generate and qualify leads, capturing accurate customer information for follow-up by sales and service teams
• Set up, maintain, and break down promotional displays, signage, and materials
• Explain current promotions, basic service benefits, and scheduling options in a clear, customer-focused manner
• Collaborate with local branch and retail partners to align on goals, traffic patterns, and event timing
• Track daily interactions, leads, and outcomes; submit timely reports
• Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
