Construction Field Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Field Assistant to support our Project Managers and field teams. This role plays a vital support role on the job site, assisting carpenters and other crew members in all aspects of residential remodeling. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn the trades, work hard, and grow within the company.

• Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Set up job site tools & equipment.
• Set up the charging station and check all batteries are charged.
• Organize materials when they arrive.
• Offer assistance to other field staff.
• Keep job site clean, organize tools, materials & equipment.
• Keep work vehicles clean & organized. Clean interior & exterior once per week.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle suitable for transporting materials.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
• Comfortable working on active construction sites.
• Good communication and follow-through.

• Prior construction or trades experience.
• Familiarity with local suppliers and job sites.
• Basic knowledge of tools and materials.

$20 - $24 hourly.
