Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver prompt repairs across our multifamily portfolio in Plymouth, MA. You’ll handle service requests, perform skilled repairs, and prep vacant units for turnover while upholding safety standards.
You will work closely with property managers and residents, participate in an on-call rotation, and contribute to curb appeal and preventive maintenance. A valid driver’s license and EPA HVAC certification are preferred.
