Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Plymouth, MA is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our social services team and support residents' emotional and social needs. Shift is 8:30 am–4:30 pm with weekly pay of $34–$38 per hour, depending on license and experience.
You will plan, organize, and direct social services, coordinate care conferences, and advocate for residents while ensuring privacy and high-quality documentation.
