Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring a compassionate social worker to join our social services team. Shift is 8:30a-4:30p, Weekly pay ranging from $34 to $38, depending on license and experience.
As a Social Worker, your role is to plan, organize, develop, and direct all required social services to meet the needs of residents to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.
