Senior Group Leader

Be Part of Something Bigger! The Senior Group Leader position is a great opportunity to establish a strong foundation within the company, build leadership skills, and gain valuable experience with the potential to take on greater responsibilities and advance into higher-level roles within the organization.

As a Senior Group Leader, you'll take on additional responsibilities while gaining valuable experience and learning more about how our programs operate. Every day is different—from exciting games and creative activities to challenges, laughter, friendships, and the moments kids will remember.

In this leadership role, you'll help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where every child feels supported and included. You'll lead by example, build meaningful connections with children, and work alongside a dedicated team to ensure our program runs smoothly and follows all licensing requirements.

If you're energetic, compassionate, creative, and dependable—and you're looking for a job where you can make a real difference while having fun—we'd love to have you on our team!

What You'll Do:
  • Bring the ENERGY! Keep kids engaged, excited, and ready for whatever comes next.
  • Create the FUN! Take initiative and lead games, activities, crafts, challenges, and experiences that children will enjoy.
  • BE THE ROLE MODEL! Encourage kindness, confidence, teamwork, respect, and good sportsmanship.
  • Make connections! Get to know the children in your group, celebrate their accomplishments, and help every child feel seen and valued.
  • Think on your feet! Be creative, flexible, and ready to jump in when plans change.
  • Support the team! Work closely with the Site Coordinator and other staff to create a positive experience for every child.
  • Keep kids safe and supported while maintaining a welcoming environment where everyone has a chance to shine.
  • Help keep things running smoothly! Assist with setup, cleanup, organization, transitions, and daily program responsibilities.
  • Take on additional responsibility! Help support the Site Coordinator and gain hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of a school-age program.
This Job Is Perfect For Someone Who:
  • Has BIG energy and an even bigger heart
  • Loves being creative and coming up with new ideas
  • Doesn't mind getting up, moving around, helping clean, and joining the fun
  • Is comfortable being silly and making kids laugh while still remaining professional
  • Loves building relationships and being part of a team
  • Is patient, caring, dependable, and encouraging
  • Enjoys taking on responsibility and learning new skills
  • Wants to make a REAL difference in a child's day
  • Is looking for opportunities to grow within the organization

No two days are the same—and that's what makes it awesome!

If you're looking for a job where you can play, create, lead, laugh, grow, and make a difference every single day, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
