Part-time. Pay: $20.00–$20.50/hr schedule:
Monday–Saturday.
Provide hands-on support, encouragement, and training that empowers individuals to develop workplace skills, build confidence, and become more independent.
Essential Responsibilities:- Provide individualized job coaching and support at employment and volunteer sites
- Teach and reinforce workplace skills, routines, and professional behaviors
- Conduct routine employment site visits and weekly follow-up checks
- Transport individuals to and from employment sites as needed (mileage reimbursed)
- Complete daily documentation and maintain case notes in I-Centrix
- Provide verbal intervention and support during behavioral situations when necessary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to work independently and collaboratively; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred:Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, autism, or other vulnerable populations; high school diploma required, related college coursework preferred.
