Part-Time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist, Pickup Truck Required

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor
• Help keep apartment communities clean and welcoming
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift
• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed

• Own either (1) an open-bed pickup truck or (2) a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
• Work around bagged trash and waste
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Demonstrates the ability to work independently while following a consistent routine, ensuring cleanliness and organization in apartment communities. Capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting and transporting materials, while utilizing a mobile app for work tracking.
