Accounting Specialist Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $ 31.25 / annually
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable research and support
- Daily cash & monthly bank account reconciliations
- Month end & quarter end close activities
- General ledger posting and account reconciliation ? Perform related party inter-company reconciliations, analysis and confirmations
Accounting Specialist
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably public Accounting firms
- Communicate effectively to Aisin Management Members
- Understand the concept of consolidation Accounting
- Ability to understand standard accounting systems
- Ability to understand and be able to perform research on tax related topics
- Proficiency in MS office
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
