We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Tax & Accounting Services to lead the firm's tax and accounting practice. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing complex tax and accounting engagements, mentoring staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in a public accounting environment.

• Lead and oversee tax and accounting engagements for businesses and individuals.
• Review complex business, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
• Serve as the primary contact for key clients and provide tax planning and advisory services.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop managers, seniors, and associates.
• Research and resolve complex tax and accounting issues.
• Drive workflow improvements using Quick Books and Thomson Reuters software.
• Support business development and firm growth initiatives.

• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 8-10+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Advanced experience with Quick Books Online/Desktop and Thomson Reuters products (Ultra Tax CS, Accounting CS, Practice CS).
• Proven leadership, client management, and communication skills.
