Location:
Pilot Drive, PCCS Educational Support Center
Hours:
40 hours a week, 8 hours per day, 260 days per year
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to organize work and projects.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Proficient with office procedures and equipment.
- Familiar with SmartXL Simplified Management Analysis & Reporting.
- Demonstrated computer experience with word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to work under stress in critical emergency situations.
- Ability to maintain positive public relations with staff, vendors, and the community.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to set, manage, and coordinate multiple priorities.
- Past attendance and job performance records must be satisfactory to administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customary secretarial support to operations group.
- Carry out general office duties such as monitoring budgets, statistical records, purchase orders, accounts payable, generating correspondence and payroll.
- Process check requests and purchase orders.
- Carry out notification process following established guidelines for building emergencies.
- Monitor payroll/overtime timesheets.
- Maintain a database for all district work orders.
- Maintain/develop spreadsheet for all operation accounts payables.
- Maintain/develop reports for all departments that use fuel pumps at Transportation.
- Provide daily work schedules for operations staff and technicians.
- Provide final accounting of all bills/invoices to work orders.
- Assist with administrative assistant support of Facilities & Maintenance/Operations work orders, capital improvements, and budget expenditures.
- Bending, lifting, and overhead work required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Director of Capital Programs and Facilities
Rate of Pay: $20.30 per hour, Level 6 Step 1

Evaluation:
Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's Policy on Evaluation of Classified Personnel.
