Must be available within operating hours of 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 7 days per week (assigned schedule)

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, enjoy helping customers solve problems, and can maintain accuracy while navigating multiple computer systems.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound customer calls and occasional follow-up calls regarding healthcare and pharmacy-related questions.
  • Assist customers with prior authorization inquiries, general benefit questions, and account-related concerns.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update information across multiple systems.
  • Navigate several applications and databases while speaking with customers.
  • Research customer concerns and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive healthcare information.
  • Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity goals in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while managing between 50-100 calls per day, depending on call complexity.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence navigating multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Stable work history with solid job tenure.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare, medical, pharmacy, or insurance industry experience.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Experience working with CRM, customer service, or healthcare systems.
Training & Development
  • Four weeks of paid training.
  • Training schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST.
  • Performance-based shift selection following training.
  • Extensive healthcare and pharmacy benefits management industry training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
