• Contact person for respective customer on all Quality topics from project phase through to series production
• Monitor and report of relevant Q‑targets, work with other functions to identify and implement actions to maintain or improve performance
• Handling and on‑time resolution of customer complaints and claims in line with relevant requirements and standards using 8D‑method according to WIMS QI and Q3 process
• Prepare, conduct and document process audits (internal and external), implement actions to resolve non‑conformances and ensuring efficiency
• Prepare and implement capability and measurement capability studies to ensure process capability

• The ability to respond to input and direction from multiple cross functional departments
• Expertise in automotive industry standards – Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Conflict resolution, communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree preferred
• 3‑5 years of supplier quality experience in an automotive environment.
