We’re partnering with an innovative automotive organization seeking a Systems Engineer to support early-stage electric vehicle development. This position sits at the front end of the product lifecycle, shaping system architecture, evaluating design pathways, and defining requirements before physical hardware is built.
What You’ll Work On:- High-voltage battery packs
- Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Thermal management systems
- Charging interfaces and infrastructure
- HV safety systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in automotive product development
- Hands‑on exposure to BEV and/or HEV energy architectures
- Experience contributing to system architecture or early‑stage vehicle programs
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications and technical documentation
- Strong analytical mindset with structured problem‑solving capability
- Experience translating engineering analysis into leadership‑level presentations
