Essential Functions
- Personal Computer literate, with analytical decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Must have training in:
- FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis).
Must be familiar with:
- IATF 16949.
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
- SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Through understanding of Automotive procedures and processes.
- Previous Automotive Injection molding Experience.
- Thorough understanding of Fuyao products, specifications, and tolerances.
- Internal:
Office/workshops in plant. - External:
Various business divisions/client area. - Must be above 18 years old.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
TravelTravel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Skills- Mechanical Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficient with Computer Aided Design (CAD) Stations (CATIA V5 or UG NX).
Education and Experience
- Associate in Engineering or Engineering Tech. with one+ year’s experience in automotive body/component development.
