Technical Post-Sales Service Technician

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, seeks to incorporate a Technical Post-Sales Service Technician in the Drives & Automation business unit to execute field assistance and generate documentation associated with the services offered.

Functions:

• Execute field assistance (repairs, maintenance, regulations, modifications, etc.)
• Report documentation to the Department (signed assistance form by the client, cost sheets, etc.)
• Generate technical reports for the client
• Basic training to the client
• Remote connections for the evaluation of field problems
• Office support to the Support Department (incidence follow-up, remote equipment adjustment, guide in the resolution of client failures…)
• Generation of technical work documentation
• Propose improvement actions
• Ensure safety and health in their workplace, in accordance with established procedures and current regulations in the field of PRL
• Any other function inherent to the job or professional group to which it belongs, that is attributed to them.

Requirements:

• Higher Grade Cycle (Electricity / Electronics)
• B2 English
• Leadership
• Initiative and anticipation
• Planning and organization
• Teamwork capacity
• Customer orientation

• Medium knowledge of industrial and naval applications
• Knowledge in the interpretation of electrical engineering schemes
• Knowledge in the handling of specific instrumentation (oscilloscope, network analyzers)
• Minimum knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics
• Knowledge of programming (Codesys)
• Experience in the regulation software of electrical machines
