Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, seeks to incorporate a professional with a background in:

GS/Engineering specialty in Automatics and/or Electronics

to design, develop, test, and maintain the algorithms and applications for the control of converters and the Ingedrive Converter Application and Regulation Software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and test PLC and DSP algorithms and applications for converter control within R&D projects
• Provide specialized technical support in the commissioning of equipment and/or field incidents
• Knowledge and application of multi-level converter topologies: NPC, ANPC, SMC… etc
• Knowledge and application of different modulation types: PWM, SVM, discontinuous, SHE
• Knowledge and application of FPGA programming
• Perform functional verification and validation testing of developed software
• Review and prepare the documentation associated with the SW product

FORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• GS/Engineering, specialty in Automatics and/or Electronics
• Minimum two years of experience in similar functions/tasks
• Programming in C, C++, Codesys, VHDL
• Simulation tools: MATLAB, PSCAD
• Knowledge of control systems and converter algorithm. Multi-level topologies
• Office
• SAP
• English, B2 level, spoken and written
• Availability to travel (national and international travel)
• Driver’s license B1
