Technical Planning Specialist

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a Technical Planning Specialist to join temporarily at their Electronics production plant in Zamudio.

Integrated into Ingeteam Electronics, your mission will be to ensure the follow-up and fulfillment of orders from their reception to delivery, performing the analysis of availability according to the workload through a follow-up of available product stock to obtain the best possible product rotation.

Functions:

• Participate in the launch of confirmed order dates, confirming the supply date of the same.
• Carry out the weekly control and planning of the workload availability.
• Perform the follow-up of the fulfillment of planned orders (gathering of materials, subcontracting assembly, and product manufacturing batches).
• Define safety stocks and manufacturing batches of products.

Requirements:

• University degree in Industrial Organization Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing similar functions.
• Technical knowledge in electricity-electronics will be valued.
• Dynamic person, who knows how to work in a team and with autonomy.
• B2 English.
• Domination of Office: especially advanced Excel and SAP.
