Job Title
Develop and validate model-based software for automotive mechanical and electromechanical systems using MATLAB/Simulink. Build control, protection, and indication models and generate embedded code using auto-code generation tools. Verify software through model simulation, bench testing (including HIL), and vehicle testing to meet functional performance and safety requirements. Support platform/version migration of models and scripts and assist integration into prototype and production environments.
Perform failure-mode and diagnostics analysis using vehicle/bench data. Develop and execute automated test methods and bench scripts to improve validation coverage, repeatability, and defect detection across multiple test environments. Collaborate with internal and external engineers to resolve issues, implement corrective actions, and prepare validation documentation.

Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Automotive Engineering or Mobility Systems Engineering.
Physical DemandsPosition requires occasional or frequent moderate physical activity.
Expected Hours Of WorkA typical work week is 40 hours/week.
Work EnvironmentOffice work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements. Shop or laboratory work involves some exposure to moderate risk of accident and requires following basic safety precautions. In-field, PG, or track testing involves frequent exposure to unpleasant elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, loud noises, chemicals, etc.
Stress may occur periodically.
